They met, they connected, and they all said… it’s a match!! We love those magical days at Heart2heart Adoptions when a birthmother finds the family she wants to raise her child, and last week we had one of those days. This baby is the big winner having this amazing birthmother and adoptive family to cheer him on as he grows up! Adoption is love!
