Of the three options when facing an unplanned pregnancy, adoption can be the hardest at the beginning. However, in talking with birth mothers we’ve helped over the years, they say it gets easier as they see their child flourishing in the adoptive family they chose. That’s why we love open adoption!

Adoption is so different from how it used to be a generation ago. Adoptions used to be closed, and expectant mothers didn’t get to choose the family. This has all changed! We call this change the Adoption Renaissance. We believe this is better for the children, adoptive families, and you. Open adoptions allow your child to know you from the very beginning, and because of that they know you made this decision because you loved them immensely and not because you didn’t want them.
